Most Marketing Plans emphasize consistent mailings. Items of value including Calendars, personalized pens, sports schedules, local farmer's market locations, and home maintenance tips are also popular.
But what about more unique gifts?
Windermere and our Oak Tree's agents have planned a few events this year, allowing for face-to-face time with our friends, family & clients.
Flower & Garden Show Tickets for the NW Flower & Garden Show February 23rd - 27th. Our agents purchased a block of tickets to give to their clients for this popular event at the Washington State Convention Center.
Paper Shredding Event: April 9th We'll make a day of it with a barbecue too!
The Windermere Cup: This year will mark the 25th Annual UW Crew races and Opening Day of Boating Parade along the Montlake Cut.
Community Service Day: Every year since 1984, Windermere associates dedicate a day of work to complete neighborhood improvement projects.
Trick or Treat at Oak Tree Plaza for Halloween. Last year we rallied several other local businesses in our plaza to participate and even had a 'haunted hallway' where I believe our agents had more fun than the kids!!
Santa Claus visits Windermere Oak Tree with cookies... and pictures!
I've seen these events create a wonderful community atmosphere where the active marketing efforts have gone a much longer way to connect clients to their Realtors than a personalized pen.
